Saltmill opened in 2019 with twenty-eight covers and one idea: cook Irish ingredients properly and don't do too much to them.
Nearly everything on the menu comes from within ninety minutes of the door. The fish is landed in Ros a' Mhíl, the lamb is from Connemara, the cheese from Toonsbridge in Cork.
We're open Wednesday to Sunday for dinner, and for lunch on Saturdays and Sundays.
